Entitled Neighbor Vandalized My Sick Grandpa’s Car – I Gave Her a Lesson in Minding Her Own Business

A few days later, I visited Grandpa again. As I walked through the lobby, I overheard two elderly ladies gossiping. “Did you hear about Briana?” one asked.

“She’s been harassing poor Alvin for months!” “Disgraceful,” the other replied. “I always thought she was a busybody, but this is a new low.” I smiled to myself—justice served.

Upstairs, Grandpa greeted me with a hug. “Megan, my dear! You’re becoming quite the regular visitor.” “Just making sure you’re behaving yourself, old man,” I said with a smile. “How are you?”

“Oh, I’m a perfect angel. Unlike some people around here. Did you hear about the drama with Briana?”

I pretended to be clueless. “Oh? What happened?”

Grandpa leaned in, lowering his voice. “Someone put up a sign exposing her nasty behavior. The whole building has turned against her. Serves her right, if you ask me.”

I nodded, acting surprised. He still doesn’t know it was me. The incident taught me that sometimes you need to fight fire with fire. You can’t be kind to people like Briana who refuse to respect others. What would you have done in my place?
